Julia at House of Divine and others

Just like last year and the year before I have been staying in London for a few days. I have been to see different women. The best of them I saw this afternoon. She could have been the best ever. Her name is Julia and she works at House of Divine in Victoria.

I have been to see several women in Soho, but before I did that last week I went to a brothel in south London. When I lived in south London sometimes I would go to Kitty's Place in Elmers End. I didn't make an appointment and so I had to wait. When the two women there were available I had a choice between the two. I chose the pretty one and she was very nice but I can't remember her name. It's not on the site.

The next day I went to Soho. I saw a delightful young woman called Flavia. She is blonde and a lot of fun. The best of the women I saw in Soho. She was at the upper flat at the end of Romilly Street near Charing Cross Road. Later that afternoon I went to the flat in Greek Street. When I was told that it is Tamara there, the Indian girl, I decided to stay. She looks different, she has put on weight, but I enjoyed my time with her.

The next day I was in Green's Court and I noticed that Flavia was there. I liked her so much I thought why not see her again. She was just as much fun. She doesn't speak English, she said Spanish and Portuguese. Later I went to 4 Lisle Street. There was a tall young woman there with a perfect figure and a nice enough face. Very long legs. Not as extrovert as Flavia but I'm sure she makes many men happy.

Many years ago I went to a brothel called House of Divine. It was somewhere in central London. I noticed just recently that there are quite a few reviews on one particular site for House of Divine. It is in Victoria/Pimlico, an area that I have been to quite a few times in the last couple of years. I like Tachbrook Road street market. So today I went to the market then to my appointment with Julia.

I was pleasantly surprised, Julia is much more attractive than either of the women at Kitty's Place or any of the women in Soho. She has big eyes and black hair. If you like the Mediterranean type then she is for you. She is very friendly and has a lovely smile. I paid £100 for half an hour with her and it was definitely worth it. She gave me oral sex without a condom and she likes to kiss with tongues.

I don't know what kinks she does. I wasn't interested in that. I just wanted to get on top of her and shag her and snog her. I would see her again but I'm going back up north tomorrow. Maybe next year.

murder in Soho (not recent)

I've been telling people on my blog that the last time a sex worker was murdered in Soho was in 1947. I thought it was important to point that out because people say that sex work is the most dangerous form of work. My response was not in Soho. No sex worker is alone in the flat with a man so it is much safer.

It seems that I wasn't quite right about that. There was another one in 1948 and then a double murder in 1975. I had got my original information from the Murdered sex workers in the United Kingdom site. It mentions Camille Gordon who was murdered in Soho in 2004, but she wasn't a sex worker, she worked in a clip joint.

So my original point is still true, murders are rare in the Soho walk ups, for reasons that are not difficult to understand. It shouldn't be difficult to decide who is in the category 'sex worker murdered in a Soho walk-up'. Rachel Annie Fennick counts because she was murdered in 1948 in Broadwick Street Soho. Helen Freedman doesn't count because she was murdered in 1948 in Covent Garden.

It's worth pointing out that Elizabeth Valad had worked in a Soho walk-up. Westminster Council evicted her from her Soho flat as part of a crackdown on the sex trade in the district. She then worked in the King's Cross/Camden area where she was murdered with another sex worker in 2002. Their murderer had previously that year murdered another sex worker in that area.

The murders that occurred in Soho in 1975 were of Jeanne Odette Western, a 63 year old French woman, and her maid Rena Conzimu. They were murdered in the walk-up at 2-3 Peter Street. Someone set fire to the building. It is thought to be gang related, and that the real target was the sex worker in the other flat at 2-3 Peter Street, Margaret Vassallo.

There were four cases of murders of sex workers in Marylebone, in 1942, 1994, 1997 and 2012. There were no walk-ups in Marylebone, although there were a few in the Shepherd Market/Mayfair area. So I still maintain that it is wrong for people to generalise about sex workers and say they are always at high risk of murder. Sex work doesn't have to be dangerous. It is not inherently dangerous and can be made safe. Or as safe as other ways of earning money.

When I see statistics relating to murder and violence in prostitution I know that most of it is to do with the minority of sex workers who are drug addicts. That doesn't mean we can ignore what happens to them: the Nordic Model won't help them but spending more money on rehab and other social measures will. It is common for some people to use statistics related to drug addicts and claim that they relate to all sex workers: for example Ruhama claimed that 38% of Irish prostitutes had attempted suicide. This research was of a group of 77 drug addicted street based sex workers in Dublin.

Sex workers in Soho walk-ups aren't drug addicts. Sex workers who aren't drug addicts don't have as high a risk as for sex workers in total and women who work with other women are even less at risk. That's what I think about when I hear people saying that it's so dangerous it should be banned.

8 Greek Street

When I wrote this post I had forgotten about the recent problems that sex workers in the Soho walk-ups have been having. Teenage boys have been going up the stairs doing as much damage as they can, filming it and putting it on TikTok.

Someone could easily create a fire that could kill people, as happened in Peter Street in 1975. Perhaps the sex workers and their maids should put water sprinklers into the stairways. The sprinklers would be activated by detectors but also manually from inside the flats. The sex workers and maids have CCTV and could turn the sprinklers on when these yobs are coming up the stairs.

This is a good video on the subject.

my day trip to London

Encouraged by my pleasurable day trips to Sheffield I decided to make a day trip to London. Sheffield is two hours on the train from Liverpool and London just a bit longer. I wanted to revisit Soho and any erotic encounters with women would be an added pleasure.

I could see 8 Greek Street was closed but 2 Greens Court was still open. I went up the stairs but before I even rang the bell I could hear a woman's voice shouting that there's nobody here, come back later. When I went back later the door at street level was closed. I think probably the girl hadn't turned up so the maid had closed the door.

The girl's name wasn't outside the door. In the past their names were always outside. If you had a favourite then you could tell if she was there without knocking on the door. I didn't see any names anywhere. I think that the police have decided they shouldn't do it. I don't know why. I would have liked to see Poppy's name outside, she was the best.

I went up the stairs at 4 Greens Court. There was a young woman there who seemed Eastern European. Quite pretty but short. She gave me a nice smile and showed me the list of services. The cheapest one was £30. In the past it was nearly always £20. I'm glad they have increased the prices, they deserve more. She mentioned the £2 tip for the maid. I had forgotten all about that. I told her that I didn't have any change (which was true) and that I would come back later (which I knew I probably wouldn't).

One of the places I used to go was Little Newport Street so I made my way through Chinatown and went up the stairs. There was a nice Thai lady there and I decided to stay. I had sex with her, with all the noise of the street outside. The sounds from the street didn't put me off, in fact I quite liked them, the idea that there were people outside who had no idea what was happening a few feet away. The idea that you can step off the street and within minutes be looking at a naked woman who opens her legs for you.

Later I wanted to see another woman. In Peter Street was a lovely young blonde woman. I could have said girl because she looked about 20 but later she said she was 30. She is from Bulgaria. She has a very nice figure and a nice face. This is I feel what most men would go for. Young, slender and blonde. I got on top of her and shagged her.

It was a similar experience to the Thai lady. No name on the door, the same £30 for ten minutes, the same friendly smiles and conversation. There was something else that was the same too. When I was putting on my clothes both of them had sat on the bidet and washed their genitals. Both naked apart from their stockings. I found it very sexy. I realise that most men won't. That's a little kink of mine. I would have liked to photograph them on the bidet. Their faces wouldn't be seen.

Before I saw the blonde girl I had to wait. She was with another customer. The maid let me sit with her and her friend. She wanted the money from me before I saw the girl but assured me that she was beautiful. When I said I wanted the basic £30 service she said "Are you sure you wouldn't like a blowjob?". I could have asked them anything but all I could think to ask was if 8 Greek Street has closed permanently. She told me it had closed a long time ago, before the pandemic.

I would say about half of the walk ups have closed. I could have done more research before I went - finding the best girls and places - but I've never been good at planning in advance. There was a third woman in Lisle Street but the less said about her the better. Then it was time to go home.

I spent the same amount of money in Soho as I had in Sheffield. £90. Each sexual encounter in Sheffield cost £45, but it was for half an hour, not ten minutes. So Soho is not good value for money, even if you are able to orgasm within ten minutes using a normal thick condom. I expect most men spend more than the minimum £30.
UPDATE: I have since found out that 8 Greek Street has not closed. I was told something that was not true.

Some of you may be wondering if I found any culinary delights in Soho. Yes I did. I found a new chain that do salt beef. It is Tongue & Brisket in Wardour Street. When I lived in London I would sometimes have salt beef in Brick Lane or Selfridges Foodhall.
